The weekly blog - keeping you up-to-date with school life; Stars of the Week; Housepoint winners and much more..

Welcome back!

I hope that you have had a wonderful Easter break and managed to have some quality family time.  It is a shame that we didn't experience a mini heatwave, but it was nice not to be in the routine of day-to-day schooling and spending time with family.

This week our Y5 pupils have been out all week on their residential to Call of the Wild, you can see what they have been up to.  In school, pupils have been working hard to kick-start the summer term.

I am delighted to say that we are taking part in Swinpup with other schools in Swindon.  We have our Swinpup who we have to decorate (see picture below).  Each class will be allocated an area and get to paint the Swinpup ready to be part of the Swinpup Trail.   I will be sending out more information about why we are doing this and the charity that we are going to try and raise £500 for - this is our target!  Details will come out next week.

I hope you have a great weekend, and Y5 parents, I do hope your children are not too tired after their fun week away.
