We have been very scientific this week as it has been Science Week.  The chicks have grown quickly from hatchlings and will be moving to their new homes this weekend.  The children have enjoyed watching and holding them, involved in cleaning their bedding and giving them names.  Unicorns taste tested three variety of apples and voted on their favourite one; all the apples cut up were eaten though!  We created paper chain and hand print caterpillars, symmetry butterflies, bead and pipe cleaner caterpillars after reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar.  Our windows are decorated with pictures to celebrate Ramadan. During this period, Muslims are encouraged to fast and to give to charity, to show kindness and patience and to strengthen their relationship with God.

Have a fabulous weekend, Happy St Patrick's day, ready for Shakespeare week next week.
