Well.... What a busy week we had!!! Not only was it World Book Week it was also Science Week AND it was St David's Day on Wednesday. We worked so hard this week cramming in all that learning.
Let's start with World Book Day.. On Monday we came into Nursery to find this.....
We found out it was the Evil Pea from the book 'Supertato' he took over the classroom. We all created a wanted poster and put them up around the school to try and find him. Thankfully, a friend from Yr 6 found and captured the Evil Pea... Phew!!!
On Thursday we all dressed up as our favourite book character and had a great day showing off our costumes and talking about our favourite books.

Next Science Week...
We looked at the overall theme 'Connections' we looked at the connection between Spring and the environment such as flowers, buds etc. We then looked at the connection between different animals and matched their faces together.
Finally we conducted a little experiment to find the connection between the smells in the mystery boxes and the pictures. We did a great job at guessing and even picked our favourite smell!!
