The last week of this term, the children make me so proud as they have made such progress in such a short time. New routines, establishing friendships, understanding sharing, building confidence, showing enjoyment, learning in all areas, demonstrating resilience and overcoming barriers independently. Well done EYFS!
Our story this week was The Little Red Hen and we had fun acting out the story, including growing wheat. We watched Shrek and identified the different nursery rhymes and fairy tales included. We collected autumn leaves to create leaf rubbings and recorded what we are grateful for as part of the Harvest Festival. Thank you for your kind and generous donations.
Thank you to everyone who enjoyed sharing our topic celebration. We hope you still have our dance playing in your minds!
Enjoy a rest during half term and I look forward to hearing about it on Monday 30th October.
