Huntington's Dress Down Day and more...

Good afternoon,

Thank you so much to everyone who made a huge effort in dressing in purple or came to school in non-school uniform to support the Huntington's Diseases Charity - as a school we raised £233, which is amazing.  I know the family will feel completely supported and I am sure that the charity would welcome any money raised - well done everyone!

Next week if the final week before the 1/2 term break.  May I say a very well done and thank you for the continued support you are all showing the school by following the rules and helping keep us all safe.  I do not want to jinx things but by doing this, we have managed to keep virus free (touch wood).

Next term, I am planning on letting the children know the next year's class teacher early, so that we can build in transition for all our children.  I feel passionately about this this year, as they have had such a tough time with COViD and being in and out of school.  I am planning on giving them time with the new teacher every Monday morning for a few weeks.  I will update you further, so that you know when this is taking place.  If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Below are our Stars of the Week and Housepoint winners this week.  Children have been working extremely hard to impress their teachers and create some fantastic work.

Have a great weekend and let's hope the weather improves.
