The weekly blog - keeping you up-to-date with school life; Stars of the Week; Housepoint winners and much more..

Wow!  What a fabulous end to the term.  Thank you so much for supporting us with raising money for our Swinpup.  Well done on dressing up and turning out in force for our dog show.  It was lovely to see so many of you supporting the event.

It has been a very busy term and the children deserve a well earned break.  If you are on the road to a high streak on doodle, keep going.  We have a few children that will reach 365 days by the time that we return - well done.

Housepoints.  All houses have earned enough points this term to have 15 minutes extra break today, plus enough for everyone to receive a house pencil and to have a non-school uniform day.  Therefore, the first Monday back will be a non-school uniform day for everyone.

In other news...

The first week back Mr Hatcliffe, Mrs Knott and I are taking our Y6 pupils to Berlin for the week, so there will be no Headteacher Blog as I will not return until late on Friday evening.

Year 1 will be in the final preparations for the phonics screening check  which is the following week Monday 12th June.

I hope you have a lovely half term break and enjoy the glorious weather that we are having.
