The weekly blog - keeping you up-to-date with school life; Stars of the Week; Housepoint winners and much more..

Have a great half-term and stay safe.

Yesterday's Topic Celebration was a huge success, and it was wonderful to see all of you there. The children did a fantastic job showcasing their hard work and achievements, and it was great to see the pride on their faces. I would like to extend my thanks to all of the teachers who have worked tirelessly to make this event such a success.

Reduce Your Carbon Week has been a huge hit as well, and I would like to give a special shoutout to the ECO club for their hard work in arranging this event. The donations received have been outstanding, and I would like to thank Mrs. Harris for her efforts in helping the children to participate in this event every night after school.

We are looking for a parent representative to work with us on our OPAL project. The time commitment is minimal, but you would have the opportunity to meet with the team a few times a year to see how we are progressing with our action plan and building play areas. If you're interested, please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Mrs Thompson for her efforts in writing to numerous companies and asking for donations for the school, to support OPAL. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated, and you are a star in our eyes.

As we break up for half-term, I hope you have a relaxing and rejuvenating week off.  We'll be back in school on Monday, 20th February, ready to continue our learning journey. Stay safe and have a great half-term!
