Celebrating a Fabulous Week at School
06-02-2026From Rock Steady to Number Day: A Symphony of Success!
What a wonderfully packed week we’ve had here at Chiseldon! It’s been buzzing with energy, talent, and a sprinkle of that special Chiseldon magic that keeps our HEART beating strong.
First up, we had Rock Steady in the house – and what a show! Our pupils didn’t just watch; some even jumped on stage to help out the band. I’m pretty sure we have some future rock stars in the making. Watch out, world – Chiseldon’s got rhythm!
Then, our fabulous Year 4s took centre stage with their assembly, showcasing everything they’ve learned this term. They were absolutely brilliant – superstars every one of them. If there were awards for enthusiasm and confidence, they’d be taking home the lot!
To cap off the week, we celebrated NSPCC Number Day. Numbers were flying everywhere – and not a calculator in sight! Well done to all our pupils for embracing the fun side of maths. Special shout-out to Year 5, who have just completed their assessment week. You’ve all worked incredibly hard, and we couldn’t be prouder. You’re the real stars of the week!
Looking ahead, next week is the last week of term before we break for February half-term. Just a quick reminder that there will be no teacher-led clubs next Friday, but after-school care will be open as usual for anyone who needs childcare.
As always, thank you to our wonderful staff and families for supporting our busy, brilliant pupils. Here’s to another week of learning, laughter, and lots of HEART!
Have a restful weekend, everyone!
