Celebrating a Fabulous Week at School

Cricket, Costumes, and a Crushing Win – Oh My!

Wow, what a week it’s been! First off, a huge round of applause to our Year 6 and Year 2 superstars who have just finished their assessments. You all shone so brightly, it was like a galaxy of stars lighting up the school! Well done—you should be very proud of yourselves.

Our Year 2 children had a smashing time at Croft for their cricket afternoon. There were plenty of giggles, some impressive batting, and maybe a few sneaky runs too! It’s wonderful to see our children enjoying the great outdoors and having fun while learning.

In other exciting news, our pupils have been diving into the vibrant colours and joyful spirit of the Holi festival—such a fantastic way to celebrate culture and friendship. And speaking of winning, a huge shoutout to our football team who scored an incredible 9-0 in their latest match! What a fantastic team effort—well done, team!

And how could we forget World Book Day? The costumes were absolutely fabulous—there were superheroes, princesses, animals, and even a few mysterious characters we’re still trying to work out! It was a brilliant way to celebrate reading and imagination. Keep those stories coming, everyone!

Wishing you all a super weekend filled with fun, laughter, and maybe a good book or two!
