Celebrating a Fabulous Week at School
03-10-2025Busy Bees at Chiseldon: Celebrating Success and New Beginnings!
What a busy week it has been at Chiseldon! A huge well done to all our Year 4 and Year 5 pupils who have worked incredibly hard throughout their assessment week — you have done a super job, and we are very proud of your focus and determination. Alongside this, our Year 4 pupils have been getting hands-on experience learning all about money with support from Nationwide, which has been a fantastic opportunity to bring real-life skills into the classroom.
This week has also been an important one for our school leadership. On Wednesday, the governors and I interviewed for the Deputy Headteacher position, and I’m delighted to share that Mr Ryan has been appointed as our new Deputy Headteacher and SENCo. We will let you know his official start date once everything is finalised. I’m confident Mr Ryan will be a great addition to our team, and I know you will all join me in giving him a warm welcome to the Chiseldon community.
