Week Beginning 8.11.2021

This week has flown by for us in Griffin Class!

We delved back into the Stone Age looking on a time line just how long ago early man was walking around.  The children had lots of interesting and relevant questions around the Stone Age especially about what the people actually did day to day.  This was also explored as we continued to write our adventure story in English.  We are following a boy called Robert who has fallen unexpectantly into the Stone Age and this week he has met some people from that time.

We have in Maths been solving problems around adding and subtracting multiples of 100s and will move on to using the column method next week to help us.

In PE we have changed from football to netball and the class were practising the chest pass to one and other and controlling the ball so it didn't 'rainbow' but went straight ahead.
