This week in Pegasus we enjoyed an Easter Bonnet parade on Wednesday. The children showed their amazing handmade hats. We also made some Easter rice crispy cakes using melted chocolate, sticky syrup, crunchy rice crispies and topped with fluffy marsh mellows and little chocolate eggs. The children worked well in small groups and enjoyed scooping and stirring the ingredients - not as much as they enjoyed eating them!
