What a week: pizzas, assembly, mental health activities and number day. The children showed this month's value of courage to stand up in front of the whole school and an audience of adults to perform the class assembly. Finding time to practise in the hall was difficult, so the children did fabulously with only a few rehearsals.
We have started column subtraction with exchanging. This is a link that will help with these calculations.
We ran out of time today for spelling tests, so they will be on Monday, along with new spellings. Please remember to book in your parent meeting on either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning is our chance to compete in Maths Whizz, followed by competing with other schools in MTC and Thursday afternoon is topic celebration from 14:30. Term finishes on Friday at 13:00 ready for a well deserved rest.
