Pupils need trainers in every day to complete the DAILY MILE.
Please remember to bring in full PE kit for your allocated lesson of PE and be prepared for all weathers. It would be useful to have your PE kit in for the full week to allow for timetable changes.
The PE kit consists of a t-shirt (white or house colour), black shorts, and appropriate footwear - either trainers or daps. Trainers are more beneficial in Year 3 to 6 as daps do not always give the best support. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings may be worn outside in adverse weather conditions, and an extra layer for over T-shirts.
Your child should have a PE t-shirt in the colour of their house: blue (St Andrew) yellow (St David), red (St George), green (St Patrick). However, if this t-shirt is not able to be worn then a white t-shirt should be worn instead.
It is crucial that your child also has a water bottle that they can fill it and use during PE lessons, in order to keep re-hydrated.
If you child has long hair then it needs to be tied back. Also earrings need to be removed or taped.
