A Warm Welcome Back!

Welcome back to all our pupils, parents, and staff! I hope you had a wonderful half-term break and are feeling refreshed and ready for the exciting weeks ahead.

This past week has been nothing short of action-packed, filled with memorable experiences and achievements that truly embody our school’s values of Inspiration, Respect, and Determination.

Year 4 Residential Trip to Grittleton

One of the highlights of our week was the Year 4 residential trip to Grittleton. I am thrilled to report that the children had a fabulous time exploring, learning, and bonding with one another. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Brock and Mrs. Powton for dedicating their time and energy to accompany the children on this adventure. Your commitment to our pupils’ experiences is invaluable and greatly appreciated!

Guy Fawkes Disco

We also celebrated with our Guy Fawkes disco, where the children had a fantastic time dancing and enjoying delicious sweets. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and to witness the joy and excitement that such events bring to our school community.

Swimming Gala Success

In addition to these events, I am proud to share that some of our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils represented our school at the local swimming gala. They showcased incredible teamwork and determination, and I am delighted to announce that we finished in 3rd place! A huge congratulations to all the swimmers for their hard work and dedication. Thank you to Mr. Hatcliffe for organising and transporting the children to the event, ensuring they had the opportunity to shine.

As we move forward, I encourage all our pupils to continue embracing challenges and striving for excellence in all they do. Let’s keep the momentum going and make the most of the upcoming weeks filled with learning and growth.

Thank you for your continued support and engagement in our school community. Together, we can inspire our pupils to reach new heights!
