- All staff members regularly attend training courses to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Every staff member who is trained in First Aid holds a current Paediatric First Aid certificate, ensuring they are equipped to handle emergencies involving young pupils.
- We conduct Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks on all new staff members to ensure the safety and well-being of our pupils.
- All staff hold current enhanced DBS checks. While only the Headteacher is currently subscribed to the Update Service, the school ensures all staff undergo thorough background checks and regular safeguarding training.
