Year 2

We consolidated our co-ordination with ball skills from last week and then developed our balancing skills. We had to balance on one leg for as long as we could. We then switched to practice on the other leg. To not wobble we had to ensure we pushed our weight down into our foot and focused on a point whilst keeping our tummy muscles tight. We then used both balancing and co-ordination skills to transfer from our front to back in a support position.
