Star of the Week Certificate Winners ...

Well done to both Matthew and Paige for fantastic science work last week during British Science Week: fantastic enquiry skills shown and enthusiasm for science learning displayed.  Well done!

Magnificent theatrical skills also shown in the Shakespeare Week Assembly from all the children re-enacting Hamlet.  Special mention needs to go to Max for his portrayal of the mad Prince Hamlet, to Freya for her distracting Hamlet from finding her father, Polonious and to Matthew who stepped in at the last minute to fill in for missing actors!  Highly entertaining performances all round Year 6!

Next week...

We welcome our German penpals to Chiseldon for two days in school and we will be workign on a World Heritage Day project together with Year 5 with an artist.
