It's nearly the end of term!
This week has been jam packed, we haven't stopped! Rehearsals for Bugsy Malone have been in full swing and it's looking great. As well as practicing our own production, we also watched the EYFS nativity and the KS1 production this week, which were both excellent!
In our Topic lesson this week, we studied the trenches. Year 3 learnt loads of facts all about what it was like to live in the trenches. We even pretended were were in the army and army crawled around the classroom!
For our topic celebration, we came together with Year 6 to build our own trenches. The children got into groups and designed how they wanted their trench to look and then made them using a range of different materials.
On Wednesday, we were very lucky to have a science company come into school and perform. The two actors were fantastic and really got the children involved. They had an amazing set which was interactive with the children. Both Year 3 and 4 were mesmerised throughout.
Only one week to go until Christmas! Don't forget our performances of Bugsy Malone are Monday and Tuesday evening. See you on Monday!
