Our maths focus this week has been multiples of 9 and different forms of multiplication. We have discovered that knowing our tables very well makes this an awful lot easier. In English we have started to look at the features of stories, which link in with the idea of birds eye views. We have also been practicing spellings with silent letters. Our mystery box this week was a bucket, which has allowed us to create some very interesting and unusual tales! In Science we have practiced working scientifically by identifying features of a good table, and creating beautiful, well laid out tables of living things. We have also designed our own war memorials in Art and created our own birds eye view plans of Chiseldon School for Topic, in preparation for work about maps. Of course, we have also been busy practicing our fantastic songs ready for our Christmas production. Its going to be a good one!
