This week was started of brilliantly with some beautiful Saxon shields being designed and painted, followed by our investigation into 'The mystery of the empty grave'. We looked at the findings from Sutton Hoo, and using evidence from the Saxon Grave we worked out who we thought the grave might have belonged to. We chose Readwold, a Saxon Super King.
In Maths we have been looking at reflection of shapes over a mirror line. It has proved trickier than first though, but some of us have designed some beautiful reflected patterns over four quadrants.
Parents evenings as well this week, it was lovely to see so many of you.
